a monthly portal for creation

FOR THOSE WHO KNOW THERE IS MORE WANTING TO COME THROUGH

CREATING SPACE

A monthly live studio practice to stop putting your creativity on hold, get into your body, and make space for what wants to emerge.

Make space for what wants to emerge.

A monthly live online studio practice to get out of your head, into your body, and make space for what wants to emerge.

Once a month, I open the doors to my art studio and invite you to create alongside me.

We begin with 40 minutes of embodiment — a practice of arriving, softening, listening, and becoming available.

Then we create, with guided moments of connection scattered within.

For 90 in the field minutes, you work on whatever is calling you. You might paint, write, draw, make music, work on your business, develop an idea, or simply explore. You don't need to know exactly where it's going. You just need to make the space, I’m here to hold it with you.

I'll be in my studio. You'll be in your space. We'll create alongside one another, held by the same field. No instruction. No critique. No performance. Just presence, permission, music, time and guided moments to pause and reflect if it’s calling within the creation.

THE PRACTICE

ARRIVE → RECEIVE → CREATE

We are constantly taking things in — ideas, information, inspiration, other people's voices. Creating Space is an invitation to turn the volume down and listen for your own. To notice what is moving through you, follow the impulse, and make something before you know exactly what it means. You don't need to become more creative. You need space to hear your creativity, to trust what wants to emerge, and to give it somewhere to go. Creating Space is that space.

BRING WHAT YOU'RE MAKING

You don't need to be an artist or a finished project, you don't even need to know exactly what you're making.

Bring your: Paints. Notebook. Laptop. Sketchbook. Camera. Clay. Manuscript. Business plan. Or bring the blank page. Bring whatever you want to give your attention to. You create where you are.

WHY HERE & NOW

People ask me all the time about my creative process, and honestly, the biggest part of it is creating space. Not waiting for inspiration or the perfect moment, but making the space and showing up. There are so many distractions asking for our attention, yet when you commit to the time, something starts to move. You can bring something specific you want to create or simply allow creation to move through you.

Creation isn't about waiting for inspiration. It's about practice. And I've found that when we come into the body first, everything becomes more spacious. So I'm opening this container for all of us to arrive, receive, create, and see what becomes possible when we make the space for it. Come create with me, I promise it will be really special.

What Others Have To Say

Sharon creates a space where something profound always unfolds—an opening, a realignment, a return to wholeness.

Sharon walks the path she teaches with authenticity and grace. She holds space like few can—with light, love, and a deep listening that feels timeless. We feel so blessed to have her as part of our family’s journey. She is not only a guide; she is now part of our family’s soul landscape.

Sharon’s use of language during her teachings allows the mind to travel into undiscovered micro spaces within one’s body, and spirit.

The combination of her gift with words and selection of asanas and kriyas, open pathways to connections that allow a living flow between movement, breath, and spirit. She is able to create a beautiful dance between  worlds.

Melanie Hernandez

Sharon’s classes draw from many disciplines and creatively integrate breath work, mantra, dharma, energetics, and asana. Movement is done with intelligence, informed by her years of study of the human body. Sharon holds positive space for people of all backgrounds to connect with their inner light and with the divine presence, facilitating  deeper connection and community. Her warmth, compassion, and genuine love for humanity shine through in every encounter. I am grateful to call Sharon a guru and friend.
