OCTOBER 13 | 10AM - 12:15PM CREATING SPACE
A monthly live online studio practice to get out of your head, into your body, and make space for what wants to emerge.
Once a month, I open the doors to my art studio and invite you to create alongside me.
We begin with 40 minutes of embodiment — a practice of arriving, softening, listening, and becoming available.
Then we create, with guided moments of connection scattered within.
For 70 in the field minutes, you work on whatever is calling you. You might paint, write, draw, make music, work on your business, develop an idea, or simply explore. You don't need to know exactly where it's going. You just need to make the space, I’m here to hold it with you.
I'll be in my studio. You'll be in your space. We'll create alongside one another, held by the same field. No instruction. No critique. No performance. Just presence, permission, music, time and guided moments to pause and reflect if it’s calling within the creation.

OCTOBER 18 | 10AM - 4PM EMBODIED SOUND
Embodied Sound is a one-day introduction to sound healing centered around crystal bowls, embodied practices, and intuitive exploration. A space to experience vibration from the inside out, build confidence with sound, and begin discovering your own way of working with it.
-
Sound is something we hear, but it is also something we feel. When we bring our attention into the body, we begin to notice vibration in a different way — through sensation, breath, movement, stillness, and presence.
Embodied Sound invites you to move beyond simply learning how to play an instrument and into experiencing what sound can create within you. Through embodiment practices, guided exploration, and intuitive listening, you’ll learn to trust your own felt experience as you begin working with sound. This is an invitation to listen deeply, experiment, and discover your own language with sound.
-
We’ll explore the foundations of sound, vibration, presence, and intuitive listening, feeling and toning.
Crystal bowls will be our centerpiece, with additional instruments woven in to create texture, rhythm, depth, and movement within a sound journey. Embodiment practices will invite you to experience sound not only through your ears, but through your whole body.
-
A full day of guided exploration, hands-on practice, embodiment, and experiential learning. You’ll leave with foundational tools, greater confidence working with sound, and a deeper understanding of how to create a sound experience for yourself or others.
-
This is an invitation to explore without needing to have it all figured out. Whether you’re curious about bringing sound into your own home or feel called to eventually share it with others, you’ll have space to listen, feel, experiment, and discover your own way.
-
For anyone curious about sound healing and wanting a grounded, experiential place to begin. No previous experience is needed—just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to listen and feel.
-
An optional sound package from SoundHealingLab will be available as an add-on to your training experience, giving you the opportunity to bring the practice into your own space and continue working with sound beyond our time together.

OCTOBER 25 9AM - 12PM
ALREADY WITHIN KUNDALINI IMMERSION
A grounded return to the technology that has always lived within you. This is the practice of coming home to yourself. It doesn't require anything more than your willingness to arrive and from there, to allow your system to evolve in its own intelligence.
-
There is so much in modern life that pulls us out of ourselves. We might live in our heads, move quickly, absorb endless information, and learn to override the subtle signals of the body in order to keep going. Kundalini offers another way, a way back into presence. A way to slow down enough to feel what is actually here, to reconnect with your breath, your body, your energy, and the intelligence that lives beneath all the noise.
In this workshop, we’ll work with the ancient practices of breath, bandhas, kriya, mantra, movement, and meditation as a grounded pathway into deeper embodiment. TThis isn’t about forcing an awakening, chasing an altered state, or becoming someone more “spiritual.” The life force is already here. The practice simply creates the conditions for you to become more available to it. Through repetition, awareness, and presence, we begin to clear what has become stagnant and create more space for the current of life to move through us with clarity.
There is so much of you that deserves to be felt. To remember what it feels like to inhabit your own life rather than simply move through it. To listen before reacting, breathe before pushing. To trust the wisdom of your own system. To meet yourself beneath the noise, the roles, the expectations, and the constant doing. This is a practice of coming home to yourself — and it requires nothing more than your willingness to arrive.
-
We’ll explore an understanding of inner energetics, bandhas and the breath, and from this foundation, move into a guided practice designed to awaken you from within. You don't need to know how to do any of it beforehand. You simply need to be willing to participate, listen, and allow yourself to experience what is already moving within you.
-
Kundalini can meet each person differently. You may feel energized, grounded, emotional, expansive, quiet, or simply more present. There is nothing you need to make happen and no particular experience you need to have. The invitation is to notice what is moving through you and develop a deeper relationship with your own inner experience.
-
This practice is for you whether you are completely new to Kundalini or have been practicing for years. You don't need to be flexible, athletic, experienced, or particularly “spiritual.” The practice meets you where you are, and you are encouraged to honor your own body and capacity throughout.
-
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely. Bring your yoga mat and water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. Come without needing to perform, achieve, or arrive in a certain state. Your only real preparation is your willingness to be here.
-
Throughout the practice, you are invited to listen inwardly. To notice sensation before judgment. To pause before pushing. To honor when your body needs to rest or modify. This isn't about overriding the body in the name of transformation. It is about developing a more intimate relationship with it.
Kundalini isn't about becoming a different version of yourself. It is about becoming more available to the self that is already here. Beneath the noise. Beneath the conditioning. Beneath the constant doing. We practice creating enough space to hear what has been quietly speaking all along.
